Directions:

Sublingual: Apply 10 drops by mouth and hold under tongue for 1-2 minutes. Swallow. Increase dose by increments of 10 drops if stronger effect is desired. Please allow 30-60 minutes for full effect.

Topical: Apply to areas of discomfort and gently rub into skin, avoiding eyes.

      I d o not know where lavender has been all my life. It may not be a popular spice, herb or flavoring, The unique taste, smells and aromatherapy that just brings out such uniqueness in whatever you do with it. We use to use it in my granddaughters baths, and laundry just so she would be relaxed and calm. Today it still puts her to sleep. I have tried so many of Lavender Lanes products, I just can’t think of enough words to describe their products.
